Founded in 1826 in La Chaux-de-Fonds, Switzerland, Gallet is now back. Manufactured by Breitling, it combines two centuries of adventure-driven history with Breitling’s craftsmanship, industrial expertise, global network of distribution, and after-sales service.
From the outset, Gallet was shaped by the pull of the unknown. A maker of chronographs for flight, racing, sailing, and exploration, it was trusted where conditions were uncharted and demands uncompromising. That instinct remains. Two hundred years on, the story continues, and a new era begins.
Since 1826, Gallet has been made for those drawn to exploration. Seekers, roamers, people who never stay still for long. More than the urge to travel, wanderlust is the pull of the unknown, the decision to take the longer road, the desire to collect stories, not just miles.
Four collections
- The Gallet Flying Officer is the original world-traveller's watch. Available in automatic and chronograph editions, the Flying Officer is made to go far and stay in sync.
- The Gallet Multichron Pilot is the element-proof exploration watch. A go-anywhere, do-anything (a.k.a. GADA) watch, it moves with you through shifting weather, and altitude, while staying true to its original purpose: keeping time across distance.
- The Gallet Multichon Sport is the all-adventure watch. It is made for adventures across changing terrain, from asphalt and gravel to dunes and rougher ground. With its tachymeter scale and bold, high-contrast design, it performs when conditions shift, long after the road ends.
- And then there's the Gallet Classics, the true Gallet heritage watches, powered by Breitling. For its 200th anniversary, the Gallet Classics collection draws inspiration from distinctive archival designs that reflect the breadth of the watchmaker’s history. Featuring the Breitling manufacture caliber B09, the collection is defined by elegant lines, balanced proportions, and thoughtful finishing.
The Gallet watches are available at Gilson Jewellers in Knokke.
